On November 28th, 29th and 30th, the Mallers, Zalls, Paleys, and other friends and relatives gathered in Tucson, Arizona to celebrate a variety of "simchas", including Thanksgiving, Hannukah and the Zalls and Mallers' new houses.

Just a few hours out of the Bay Area, our truck was sidelined with a flat tire just outside of Los Banos, CA.

Fortunately, our truck had dual rear wheels, and it was the inside tire on the left side that went flat.

Here the tire mechanic makes quick work of our tire, and I even convinced him to replace the other one on that side, as it had taken quite a beating when the inside one blew out.

We finally made it to Tucson on Thursday early afternoon, only to quickly discover that our upstairs bathroom had sprung a small leak, and was trying its level best to become the downstairs bathroom.
