's Blueberry Buckle Recipe

Batter (it's very thick - I make mine in a KitchenAid)
2 cups + 2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 pint blueberries
(you can substitute any fruit, although you may want to add a little sugar)
Topping
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
What to do
Preheat oven to 375F
Grease a springform pan
Cream butter, sugar, egg
Add flour mixture and milk, alternating
Add blueberries
Mix until fully blended...this mixture will be quite thick
Press into pan
Combine topping incredients and crumble until mixed into a fine crumble
Sprinkle over cake
Bake 35 to 45 minutes until tester comes out dry
Cool and serve
